Esta pode ser uma viagem dos sonhos, para quem buscar conhecer mais o Continente africano. Sabemos que atualmente devido ao Covid 19 alguns lugares tem algumas restrições. Mas vale muito a pena conhecer este lugar selvagem, mágico e misterioso. Neste momento iremos ao encontro da Reserva Nacional Masai Mara que é um lugar incrivelmente deslumbrante com paisagens e vida selvagem. Quando se trata da África já podemos imaginar que podemos encontrar lugares mágicos, além dos mistérios existentes que cercam os lugares que vão além daquilo que imaginamos sonhar. Estar pisando nesta terra é de fato estar em um mundo paralelo, onde a realidade se encontra com a magia. Buscamos nesta aventura conhecer este povo que habita a reserva onde tudo é muito real, além da natureza selvagem que nos cerca, como ver leões no topo das árvores. Para se ter uma ideia a Reserva Nacional Masai Mara foi nomeada desta forma principalmente por causa do Povo Masai, que tradicionalmente habita esta área e também o rio Mara que flui livremente ao longo da reserva. Um lugar cheio de cenários primitivos. O que nos levou até lá foi a cultura do Povo Masai que nos convidou para conhecer mais sobre a etnia deles que são considerados guerreiros. As cores vermelhas, são o símbolo desta coragem e bravura. As crianças são lindas, um espetáculo à parte dentro deste lugar único no mundo. Quem é este povo que vive suas tradições herdada pelos seus ancestrais? Os Masai são altos e magros, bem vestidos que formam um grupo nômade de guerreiros destemidos dessa região dos planaltos africanos. Eles vivem entre o Quênia e a Tanzânia e são os únicos que podem circular livremente entre os dois países, sem restrições. Os Masai são criadores de gado e famosos como caçadores de leões. Cuidam dos seus rebanhos com muito cuidado e aproveitam tudo que o gado pode fornecer, o leite, a carne, o couro e até o sangue. O clã Masai dentro da sua classe social está baseada na quantidade de vacas que possui. Eles não tem ideia de como é, o mundo fora dali. Para eles todas as vacas do mundo pertencem a eles um sinal de riqueza e poder. Um pensamento que fez a nossa equipe repensar no mundo em que eles vivem e construíram com bases ainda primitivas mas, com muita sabedoria e conhecimentos místicos que o mundo moderno jamais acreditaria que existisse. Eles foram cuidadosos nos avisaram, sobre o Rio Mara que é infestado de crocodilos, e sobre à noite que para eles as estrelas descem do céu. Eles tem vários hábitos que reconhecemos como um rito sagrado como a dança e os saltos altos que é uma dança guerreira que faz parte de um ritual de passagem de jovens rapazes para a fase adulta.
O Sagrado
Se existe um mistério dentro dos cultos no Continente africano. Os Masai são extremamente fieis ao que foi deixado pelos seus ancestrais como uma forma de compreender e entender o mundo. Embora para nós pareça um mistério oculto, para eles é uma realidade vivida todos os dias de encontro com o sagrado. Podemos até ver, que é muito real quando mencionamos “onde tudo começou” a África é o berço da humanidade. Eles nos contaram que o Ser Supremo é o Criador dos Masai que se chama Enkai (também chamado Engai) guardião da chuva, da fertilidade, do sol e do amor, aquele que deu o gado ao povo Masai. Em pesquisas feitas sobre a crença do povo Masai encontramos a informação de que Neiterkob “aquele que fundou a Terra” pode ter referência com Enkai. Neiterkob é uma deidade menor, conhecido como o mediador entre seu deus e o homem. Olapa é a deusa da Lua, casada com Enkai, em que habita o Ol Doinyo Lengai. Esta é a razão ao qual eles nos apresentam a noite como sagrada, pois eles acreditam que as estrelas descem do céu, para a terra para trazer a fertilidade, o amor, a união e a prosperidade. Foi uma experiência fascinante com muitas regras e cuidados pois a nossa equipe estava dentro de uma reserva selvagem. Neste artigo iremos destacar a nossa sensação de estarmos num lugar único, cheio de mistérios porque entendemos e compreendemos que nem tudo eles podem nos contar. Mais os olhares, os sinais, a intimidade com a natureza e principalmente com os 4 elementos, já são uma resposta para quem foi em busca da magia que existe e habita este mundo em que vivemos. Sugiro na primeira quinzena de agosto devido o fenômeno da travessia dos gnus no Rio Mara. O clima no Quênia é tropical de altitude: a Reserva Masai Mara fica próxima à Linha do Equador. O calor equatorial é amenizado pela altitude do planalto e não existem grandes diferenças entre as estações do ano, portanto, pode ser visitada em qualquer época.
Vida selvagem
O país é não apenas o lar dos leões, leopardos, búfalos, elefantes e rinocerontes são de diversas outras espécies de animais, como também um dos melhores destinos do mundo para prática de birdwatching.
Como chegar
Para chegar à Reserva Masai Mara, no Quênia, comece a viagem por Nairóbi. A forma mais fácil é fazendo uma conexão em Johanesburgo, na África do Sul. A partir de Nairóbi, você chega à Reserva Masai com as opções oferecidas pelas operadoras de turismo. Tendo o transporte de carro por 300 km, percorridos em 4 horas desde Nairóbi, por uma estrada razoável, ou com voos de 45 minutos em pequenos aviões. Os brasileiros precisam de visto para entrar no Quênia, que pode ser obtido no aeroporto, na chegada. Basta preencher um documento de imigração e pagar uma taxa para o visto. O passaporte deve estar válido por mais de 6 meses da data do retorno. É obrigatório o Certificado Internacional de Vacinação contra a febre amarela e também do Covid 19.

This can be a dream trip for those looking to know more about the African continent. We know that currently due to Covid 19 some places have some restrictions. But it’s really worth getting to know this wild, magical and mysterious place. At this point we will go to the Masai Mara National Reserve which is an incredibly stunning place with landscapes and wildlife. When it comes to Africa, we can already imagine that we can find magical places, in addition to the existing mysteries that surround places that go beyond what we imagine dreaming. To be stepping on this earth is indeed to be in a parallel world, where reality meets magic. In this adventure we seek to meet these people who inhabit the reserve where everything is very real, in addition to the wild nature that surrounds us, like seeing lions in the tops of the trees. To give you an idea the Masai Mara National Reserve was named this way mainly because of the Masai People who traditionally inhabit this area and also the Mara River which flows freely along the reserve. A place full of primitive scenery. What took us there was the culture of the Masai people who invited us to learn more about their ethnicity, who are considered warriors. The red colors are the symbol of this courage and bravery. The children are beautiful, a spectacle apart in this unique place in the world. Who are these people who live their traditions inherited by their ancestors? The Masai are tall and thin, well-dressed, who are a nomadic group of fearless warriors from this region of the African highlands. They live between Kenya and Tanzania and are the only ones who can move freely between the two countries without restrictions. The Masai are livestock keepers and famous as lion hunters. They take care of their herds with great care and take advantage of everything the cattle can provide, milk, meat, hides and even blood. The Masai clan within its social class is based on the number of cows it owns. They have no idea what the outside world is like. For them all the cows in the world belong to them a sign of wealth and power. A thought that made our team rethink the world they live in and built with still primitive foundations but with a lot of wisdom and mystical knowledge that the modern world would never believe existed. They were careful to warn us, about the Mara River which is infested with crocodiles, and about the night that for them the stars come down from the sky. They have several habits that we recognize as a sacred rite such as dancing and high heels, which is a warrior dance that is part of a rite of passage from young men to adulthood.
