Isabel Flores escreveu a sua própria história de vida. Uma mulher que é um exemplo de vida, inspiração para milhares de mulheres africanas, europeias, americanas, brasileiras e muitas que cruzarem com o seu caminho. Isabel Flores é uma mulher forte que não desistiu de realizar muitos dos seus sonhos. Também realiza até hoje de milhares de mulheres que fazem parte do seu núcleo de vida pessoal e profissional. Uma guerreira que não se deixou abater diante dos obstáculos que ela enfrentou. Uma profissional que é comunicativa, criativa e focada no mercado internacional. A história desta mulher incrível nos ensina que cada passo que ela deu para trás, na realidade deu um grande impulso que a colocou na frente de todas essas dificuldades. Que teve que passar, para chegar à onde está. Isabel Flores é uma mulher moderna, africana, e ao mesmo tempo do mundo. Ela nasceu no Bailundo – Huambo em Angola. Reside em Portugal a mais de 30 anos e ela nos conta, sua história: “Eu vim para Portugal com 20 anos para continuar os meus estudos, aqui casei, descasei e voltei a casar com o homem que me acompanha nesta caminhada de superação e reinvenção diária, neste mundo que ser Mulher e empreendedora nos obrigada a desafiar-nos todos os dias”.  

Toda experiência de vida é um presente.  

Uma experiência de vida passada e rica cheia de ensinamentos. Isabel Flores nos conta, “na minha trajetória de vida em Portugal, ainda a estudar criei o meu primeiro negócio Salão de Beleza “Afro-Luso-Brasileiro “e logo a seguir um Café onde a comida Africana era o carro chefe. Foram anos de grande aprendizado, a vontade de continuar a empreender despertou a necessidade de criar um novo negócio, ou seja, neste tempo engravidei e pensando numa forma de cuidar a tempo inteiro da minha filha, vendi o Salão e o Café e investi num infantário. Passaram 4 anos, de infantário, agora vou para um outro desafio. Eu criei uma empresa de prestação de serviços em exportação e importações de produtos e medicamentos para Angola.

Uma verdade dentro de várias mudanças de vida.

Nesta altura vivia um casamento abusivo de violência doméstica que para fugir dele obrigou me a mudar de cidades várias vezes, em Portugal até cheguei a um ponto que tive que deixar Portugal e tudo que tinha construído em Portugal para trás. Para sobreviver e viver mudei me para Angola e novo ciclo se inicia. Em Angola começo a trabalhar num projeto familiar como gestora de negócios, esta posição me coloca em contato com uma oportunidade de desenvolver um projeto que vai de encontro com uma velha paixão a cozinha. Aí surge uma empresa de gestão de cozinhas internacional.  

Descobrindo o mundo em busca de um sonho.

Eu sou uma mulher de conexões e ao longo da minha vida tenho conectado imensas pessoas, daí eu ter conseguido materializar o meu sonho. Desde miúda tinha uma grande paixão pela leitura, lia muito, fazia me sempre acompanhar por um livro. A vontade de ter uma revista tornou ainda maior, sendo africana a viver na Europa cedo percebi que os africanos, a viver na Europa estavam desconectados com a África. Por um lado ou por outro, o fato de ser africana e ter tido um salão de beleza tinha me conectado a milhares de mulheres do mundo. Daí veio a vontade de materializar o sonho de criar uma revista com o propósito de partilhar histórias e conhecimentos. Também de tornar visível o sonho e projetos de outras pessoas e principalmente de mulheres que fazem acontecer. Mulheres que pelo mundo, inspiram e transformam vidas, seja elas famosas, outras não sendo famosas, no seu pequeno mundo tocam pessoas e mudam crenças, vidas e se doam a projetos sociais 360 dias e permanecem invisíveis no mundo e na sociedade em que vivem, dar voz e visibilidade a estas minorias é o meu principal propósito de vida. Isabel Flores nos encanta com a sua história e ao mesmo tempo nos traz muitas reflexões de como ser mulher neste mundo atual, onde a tecnologia avança cada vez mais, nos afastando de valores essenciais como as relações verdadeiras de empatia. A sua verdade é transparente ela representa milhares de mulheres no mundo, dar voz aquelas que estão com suas vidas e histórias ocultas por não terem a possibilidade e a oportunidade de trazer ao mundo a sua verdade. Isabel Flores está trazendo à tona esses fatos, porque só alguém que viveu ou passou por esta experiência de vida, para saber relatar e ao mesmo tempo ouvir, ajudar e transformar outras vidas como Isabel.

A Revista Mulher Africana para mim é mais que uma edição, é um propósito de vida, é um espaço de conexão entre povos; através das páginas da revista quebramos as crenças, e trazemos a diversidade humana e cultural, diz Isabel. De fato a revista está no mercado internacional a mais de 10 anos, relatando, trazendo histórias de vidas de mulheres do mundo inteiro. Isabel Flores não só realizou o seu sonho de criar e fundar uma revista que é porta voz de milhares de mulheres africanas espalhadas pelo mundo.  Como ela traz a verdadeira essência do ser feminino. Uma conexão que se conecta perfeitamente com a sua história de vida. Onde as dificuldades foram superadas pelo simples fato de saber sonhar e realizar.

Isabel Flores wrote her own life story. A woman who is an example of life, inspiration for thousands of African, European, American, Brazilian women and many who cross her path. Isabel Flores is a strong woman who has not given up on making many of her dreams come true. She also performs to this day for thousands of women who are part of the core of her personal and professional life. A warrior who didn’t let herself down in the face of the obstacles she faced. A professional who is communicative, creative and focused on the international market. The story of this incredible woman teaches us that every step she took back actually gave her a huge boost that put her in front of all these difficulties. That she had to go through, to get to where she is. Isabel Flores is a modern, African woman, and at the same time of the world. She was born in Bailundo – Huambo in Angola. She has lived in Portugal for more than 30 years and she tells us her story: “I came to Portugal at the age of 20 to continue my studies, here I got married, got married and remarried with the man who accompanies me on this journey of overcoming and reinvention. daily life, in this world that being a woman and entrepreneur forces us to challenge ourselves every day”.

Every life experience is a gift.

A rich past life experience full of teachings. Isabel Flores tells us, “in my life trajectory in Portugal, while still studying, I created my first Beauty Salon business “Afro-Luso-Brasileiro” and soon after, a Café where African food was the main product. These were years of great learning, the desire to continue to undertake aroused the need to create a new business, that is, at that time I got pregnant and thinking about a way to take care of my daughter full time, I sold the Salon and Café and invested in a kindergarten. . It’s been 4 years, in kindergarten, now I’m going to another challenge. I created a company providing services in the export and import of products and medicines to Angola.

One truth within several life changes.

At this time I was living in an abusive marriage of domestic violence that to escape it forced me to change cities several times, in Portugal I even got to a point that I had to leave Portugal and everything I had built in Portugal behind. To survive and live I moved to Angola and a new cycle begins. In Angola I start working on a family project as a business manager, this position puts me in contact with an opportunity to develop a project that meets an old passion for cooking. This is where an international kitchen management company emerges.

Discovering the world in search of a dream.

I am a woman of connections and throughout my life I have connected a lot of people, so I managed to materialize my dream. Since I was a little girl, I had a great passion for reading, I read a lot, always accompanied me by a book. The desire to have a magazine made it even bigger, being an African living in Europe, I soon realized that Africans living in Europe were disconnected from Africa. For one thing or another, being African and having a beauty salon had connected me to thousands of women around the world. Hence came the desire to materialize the dream of creating a magazine with the purpose of sharing stories and knowledge. Also to make visible the dreams and projects of other people and especially women who make it happen. Women who, around the world, inspire and transform lives, be they famous, others not famous, in their small world touch people and change beliefs, lives and donate to social projects 360 days and remain invisible in the world and in the society in which they live, giving voice and visibility to these minorities is my main purpose in life. Isabel Flores enchants us with her story and at the same time brings us many reflections on how to be a woman in this current world, where technology advances more and more, moving us away from essential values ​​such as true relationships of empathy. Her truth is transparent, she represents thousands of women in the world, giving voice to those who have their lives and stories hidden for not having the possibility and opportunity to bring their truth to the world. Isabel Flores is bringing these facts to light, because only someone who has lived or gone through this life experience, to know how to report and at the same time listen, help and transform other lives like Isabel.

Being a mother for me is the most important title in my life.
