One of the most anticipated moments in this special edition of the Africa Fashion Week in London at AFWL – Africa Fashion Week London, was that of the renowned fashion designer Mary Martin London from London. That always brings us the beauty, the colors, the atmosphere more clearly in the ancestral roots of Africa. Mary Martin very legitimately translates this reality with perfection in rich details beyond, of course, a real belonging within African culture. All this intimacy can be seen in her newest collection entitled Print Drama, Mary masters the translation of African ancestry like few others. One of the most memorable moments of the night, which was of pure glory! The BBC World News channel highlighted her collection, and did an interview with Mary Martin in which she praised her role in the African fashion scene in London. The collection brought the explicit feeling of many of her creations that go beyond our understanding, more of the reason to bring Africa to Europe and the world. Each piece perfectly translated his imagination, his various moments lived in Africa. Mary Martin London knows how to bring not only the colors, the images, but also the royalty of Africa to her creations. Recently Mary Martin London was crowned Queen Mother of Mafi-Anfoe in Ghana. This style of sophistication, lightness and refinement were present in the show. The colors, the sparkles, brought the various nuances, which are part of this particular universe that Mary Martin London brought in this special edition of AFWL 2022. The show narrated the history, creation, feeling and atmosphere characteristic of African ancestry.
